① Offset printing - indirect printing

Advantages: High accuracy of offset printing registration, low plate making cost, rich levels of printed products, rich tones, soft colors, and high quality of printed products;

Disadvantage: Due to the influence of the fountain solution in the fountain system, the offset ink color is "flat" and "light", which can be compensated for through spot colors. Application scope: posters, price lists, manuals, newspapers, packaging, books, magazines, monthly calendars, etc.

② Embossing - Direct Printing

A printed product is a Letterpress printing that has slightly raised marks on the back of the paper, neat lines or dot edges, and light ink in the center. The raised edge of the impression is heavily compressed, resulting in a slight protrusion of the impression.

③ Gravure printing - direct printing

There are obvious serrated edges on the edges, giving a grain by grain impression under a magnifying glass. The printed surface is slightly raised (probably due to excessive ink application), and the layer is resistant to friction, making it a gravure printed product.

④ Screen printing - direct printing

Screen printing, also known as hole printing, is a printing method that uses a screen as the base and uses a photosensitive plate making method to create a screen printing plate with graphics and text. The basic principle of using a screen printing plate is that the mesh of the image and text parts can pass through ink, while the mesh of the non image and text parts cannot pass through ink for printing.
